Building a Digital Twin, One Heartbeat at a Time
I'm building a computational digital twin of the human cardiomyocyte. This is an early visual milestone: a 3D cell contracting in sync with its own action potential and calcium transient. Feedback from researchers, clinicians, and anyone who finds this interesting is genuinely welcome. It's very much a work in progress, and I hope to bring you all along my developing journey!
